HUA Decorations is a spatial design studio built on one conviction: a well-designed commercial environment is one of the most powerful brand assets a company can own. We have been proving it across retail, hospitality, and exhibition projects in Hong Kong, China, and beyond for over a decade.

Our Story

Built from the ground up in the Pearl River Delta.

HUA Decorations was established in Hong Kong and grew its roots in Guangdong Province — one of the world's most demanding manufacturing and retail environments. That origin shaped our philosophy: great design is nothing without equally great execution, and great execution requires control at every stage of the process.

Today our team of designers, project managers, craftspeople, and installation specialists operates across three cities. Every project — whether a single-store boutique or a multi-stand trade expo pavilion — passes through the same integrated design-to-delivery pipeline.

We work with fashion brands, beauty houses, F&B operators, exhibition organisers, hotel groups, and private residential clients. Our clients return to us — repeatedly — because we make complex spatial projects feel straightforward.

Every spatial decision — the height of a counter, the warmth of a light source, the grain direction of a veneer panel — is made in service of the experience you want your customer to have. We do not design for portfolios. We design for performance.

Manufacture with integrity

Our Foshan facility is not a shortcut. It is an investment in quality. Owning the production process means we hold ourselves to tolerances that third-party fabricators rarely match — and we absorb the cost of getting it right, not the client.

Deliver with accountability

We give clients a single number to call from site survey to key handover. No finger-pointing between designer, fabricator, and installer. HUA is the designer, the fabricator, and the installer.

Jenny Hu

Business Development & Client Relations

Jenny leads all client relationships and new project development across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. She is the first point of contact for every enquiry and brings over a decade of experience in the retail and hospitality design sector.

Wei Chen

Lead Designer

Wei heads the design studio in Guangzhou, overseeing concept development and 3D visualisation for all commercial and hospitality projects. His background in architecture and material science ensures every design is both beautiful and buildable.

Mark Sullivan

Head of Production

Mark manages the Foshan manufacturing facility, overseeing joinery, metal fabrication, and custom furniture production. With 15 years of site and factory experience, he ensures every piece meets HUA's precision standards before delivery.

Brief & Concept

We listen before we draw. Every brief becomes a spatial strategy document before a single line is rendered.

Design Development

3D visualisations, material boards, and detailed drawings — all produced in-house so nothing is lost in translation.

Fabrication

Our 4,000 m² Foshan facility handles joinery, metalwork, upholstery, signage, and custom furniture under one roof.

Installation & Handover

Our own installation teams deliver and fit out on-site. We hand over with a full punch-list sign-off — no exceptions.

Hong Kong

Studio HQ & Client Relations

Our founding office handles client development, project management, and international liaison. Hong Kong's position as a global business hub means our clients across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East have a familiar, accessible point of contact.

Guangzhou

Design & Production Office

Our Guangzhou team of architects, interior designers, and visualisers develops every concept from sketch to construction document. Proximity to suppliers and the factory keeps design and production in constant dialogue.

Foshan

Manufacturing Facility

Our 4,000 m² Foshan facility is where HUA's designs become reality. Joinery, metal fabrication, upholstery, signage, and custom furniture are all produced here — under the same quality standards that govern our design work.
