HUA Decorations is a Hong Kong–based retail and exhibition design studio. From boutique fit-outs in Guangzhou to pavilion builds at international trade expos, we deliver spaces that carry a brand's entire identity — not just its products.

Our Foshan manufacturing facility lets us design, produce, and install every element under one roof — cutting lead times, controlling quality, and giving clients a single point of accountability from concept to handover.

What types of projects does HUA Decorations handle?

We specialise in commercial interiors across retail boutiques, F&B restaurants and cafes, hotel lobbies, showrooms, and office fit-outs. Every project is fully managed from initial concept through to final handover.

Do you work outside Hong Kong?

Our primary market is Hong Kong, but we also take on projects in Macau and the Greater Bay Area. For projects further afield, contact us to discuss feasibility.

How long does a typical project take?

Timelines vary by scope. A boutique retail fit-out typically runs 8-14 weeks from signed brief to handover. Larger F&B or multi-location rollouts are planned on a case-by-case basis.

What is included in your design service?

Our end-to-end service covers concept design, space planning, material selection, bespoke furniture and fixture fabrication, construction coordination, and on-site fit-out supervision.

Can you handle the full fit-out, not just the design?

Yes. HUA Decorations manages the complete process - design, fabrication, and installation - so you have one point of contact for the entire project.

Do you offer maintenance or post-handover support?

Yes. We offer a post-handover defect period and can arrange ongoing maintenance agreements for bespoke furniture and millwork we have fabricated.
